Thrive Group Wales is a social enterprise, founded in June 2017, with the key purpose of developing a sustainable income stream to support the work of Thrive Women’s Aid. The enterprise delivers high-quality commercial Cleaning services to businesses and organisations, in both public and private sectors across South Wales.

At our social enterprise, we create family-friendly employment opportunities for those furthest from the labour market.

Our vision for cleaning services is to become an industry leader in providing high-quality professional cleaning services as a responsible employer in the local community.

We provide cleaning that benefits, promotes and sustains the local community.

At Thrive Group Wales we recognise the importance of having a clean and tidy working environment. As well as delivering cleans for workplaces such as retail and offices we also deliver cleaning on construction sites. Our existing contractors include Kier, Morgan Sindall, Buckingham Swansea and Knights Brown.
