LIFE Project Manager


Salary: £24,667.67
Hours: 37.5 hours

As well having responsibility for directly line managing the Engagement Officer you will also work collaboratively with NPT Mind to have operational oversight of the Mental Health Resilience Worker. You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the risks and support needs of families experiencing domestic abuse and an ability to make service intervention decisions in in the event that any make disclosures of current abuse.


You will be someone who can provide high level management support to staff, ensuring that service standards are excellent. You will model high quality practice in your own work, ensuring that service user involvement and person centred approaches are embedded in service values.


You will make links with key partners to ensure a comprehensive package of support is available for those with complex needs and referral pathways into the project are robust. You will take responsibility for co-ordinating referrals and ensuring information is shared appropriately and in line with GDPR and professional confidentiality procedures.

You will facilitate and develop our coffee morning provision on a weekly basis.

Inclusion Officer (The EDGE Project) – 2 posts


Salary: £19,621
Hours: 25 hours

You will work on a one-to-one and group basis providing emotional support and assistance in accessing services within the local community. Specific focus will be made on supporting women who are from the Roma and Gypsy Traveller community, are Older or are Disabled. You will have a good understanding of the risks and support needs of families experiencing domestic abuse, and an ability to make service intervention decisions where necessary.


You will work alongside professionals and local organisations to build relationships and networks by engaging and educating them about domestic abuse and the additional barriers that Older, Roma and Gypsy Travellers and Disabled women face when accessing their services.


You will be someone who can provide high level specialist support to service users, ensuring that service standards are excellent. You will model high quality practice in your work, ensuring that service user involvement and person centred approaches are embedded in the support that you give.


You will maintain links with key partners to ensure a comprehensive package of support is available for those with complex needs and referral pathways into specialist’s services are observed.
