I Want to Donate
At Thrive we believe everyone has the right to live in safety and have a future without fear. As a charitable organisation we rely on funding and grants from third parties as well as donations from individuals to help us deliver our vital services.
What your donation could help fund
£5 provides toiletries for a family
£10 provides a child with 45 minutes of support, which can be recreational or emotional
£25 provides emergency food and clothing for a woman and children forced to flee without any provisions
£40 provides one-to-one counselling for a woman who has been abused
£100 provides access to temporary accommodation to keep a woman safe
Other ways to make a donation
There are lots of ways you can donate to Thrive.
By phone – call our team on 01639 894864 to give by card or set up your regular donation.
By Payroll Giving – you can donate to Thrive directly from your salary by nominating to give to us through your company’s payroll giving scheme.
Leave a legacy or donate in memory – leaving a bequest for Thrive in your will, or donating to use in memory of a loved one is an enormously valuable way of showing your support. Your gift can help us plan ahead with the confidence that we have sufficient funds to work towards a future without domestic abuse. Contact us or ask your solicitor to help.
Fundraise – if you want to take part in an active challenge or do your own fundraising to help support our work we have some ideas and resources to help you get started. (link to fundraising page).
Unfortunately we are unable to accept donations of clothing and other items on a regular basis however we do often make requests for specific items as and when we need them. Requests like this are usually made through our social media channels
